Our Rates

Servicing Toronto The GTA And Surrounding Cities

Minimum Charge

$80.00 for small services taking up to one hour or less which includes: labour,
wear and tear of the tools, travel and administration expenses.

Hourly Rate

We are sorry but we no longer work by the hour since most of our services are
individually priced either by estimate, promotion special or package pricing.

Estimates

Our estimates are priced on labor only.
Often small repair jobs do not require an estimate mainly because they take less
than an hour to complete,
(Parts and/or material are extra.)

Material and/or Parts

Material and parts are additional to the labor rate.
You have the option of providing the material yourself.
If you decide that we should purchase the necessary material and/or parts to
complete the job, our time will be charged at a flat rate fee of $40.00, (going to,
coming from, and while purchasing, whatever time we take the fee never changes.)
The bill from material and/or parts purchased on your behalf will be shown to you
for your confirmation and the price will not be marked-up!

Cancellations

If you decide to cancel or reschedule your appointment, call us at
least 48 hours before the appointment. If you don't contact us even
if you forget, we will not know about your intentions and we will
